I do much cooking at home on daily basis due to which it is impossible for me to compromise with knife quality. My kitchen is commercial wherein I always prefer something with more of an edge than the blade. Well, the Cangshan X series 59137 Chef’s knife proved itself well on all of the aforementioned critical criteria. Nor did it help me in chopping onions easily in just a few seconds but also in cutting fruits and other veggies like butter, including lettuce, celery, green pepper, cabbage, radish, and tomato without smoosh.

The most surprising thing is that this knife can give very thin slices, which is something that a lower quality knife cannot offer. Get this knife if you need the ultimate quality, easy-to-use, and highly sharp knife. Razor sharpness and well balance are its top selling points. For the beginners, this can be too sharp knife.
